Mitten Manufacturing has
significant experience in designing and building many skid, frame and tank
based systems. We also can provide engineering only or on-site
construction supervision. Below is a brief overview of some of our
core products and services. |

API Compliant Systems
- Mitten designs and
manufactures API compliant lube consoles and dry gas seal systems for the
oil and gas market. Our installed base of equipment is in operation at
land-based and off-shore sites world-wide.

Lubrication Systems
- Required flows on these
systems range from 1 gallon per minute to more than 800 gallons per
minute. The systems include lube oil flow and pressure control,
sealing gas control, hydraulic power systems, cooling circuits, heating
and fire protection systems.

Fuel Systems
- One of our core systems
is natural and synthetic gas/liquid fuel control and delivery systems for
the power generation industry. System designs include fuel pressure
control, selection, purge, forwarding and unloading using standard and
exotic pipe alloys in hazardous environments.

High and Low Pressure
Filtration Systems
- We also manufacture
filtration systems for liquids and gases. Applications include
conditioning lube oil, seal oil, control oil and cooling gases.

Seal Oil Control Systems
Mitten builds seal oil
pressure control systems for hydrogen containment in steam turbine
applications.

Hydraulic Start and Motion
Control Systems
We bring our expertise in
fluidpower to designing and building hydraulic control systems for turbine
starting, jacking oil, hydraulic valve actuation and precision actuator
positioning. System designs include flow and pressure controls, logic
circuits, temperature control circuits, polishing filtration loops and
failure protection systems.

Systems
Mitten has designed and
manufactured a wide variety of support systems for flight simulation,
compressor washing, hydrogen containment and fluid cooling applications.
